He is an economist and an engineer who has had a career in Indian Oil but is now working in the alternative energy sector.
Why is he the chairman of the IPCC? Hmmmmmm interesting.

I don't disqualify this man because he has expierience in the oil energy markets. I don't believe he is full of evil intent. I believe he is sincere. We should rejoice the fact that he is willing to trade what was probably a much more profitable living just to help out with the global energy questions we all face.
