  • This building is a compromise in an intensity 7 earthquake which Philvocs is saying to be imminent. Just a quick math will tell you that it has 670 units while the existing towers where they based their design only have 370 units; the added load bearing factor will certainly make the building a suspect. This is a disaster in waiting. Well, money talks here in the Philippines so permits are granted. Metrobank can pay anyone and nothing can stop their greed..

  • Don't be fooled by this ad. The amenities they are showing here is part of the Orchid and Lotus tower amenities. The use of these amenities by Lilac buyers will be harshly challenged in court.
