in my opinion, the best way to do pull ups is wide grip pullups (palms facing out away from your face) bc it targets your back instead of your biceps. But do whichever technique that you can perform the most pull ups with.

hey im in wrestling track and cross country and in cross country they have me running 5 miles a day and working out my upper body in the weight room for an hour, is that enough or should i work on more things
im 16 and i am enlisting out of highschool and im training right now for 0321 recon, im on a awsome workout that makes me swim for 1hour a day run for 30min a day and do body weight workouts for 1hour a day

I'm not too strong with running, does the Marine Corps run 1-2 miles initially and then progress to 3 miles, or do they just start with 3 miles?

they will build you up to 3 miles, but strive to be in the best physical shape before boot camp.
