  • @AndyGoulding6590 Start at 3:11

  • can the delegated calendars be viewed on the iphone?

  • @ndharvey I don't have an iPhone but I'm sure there is a way to do it. Maybe an iCal sync or Google Calendar for iPhone?

  • can the delegated calendars be viewed on the iphone?

  • excellent... thanks

  • This is a great video. However, when I go to import my downloaded ical file I receive the following error "Processed zero events.

Failed to import events: Unable to process your iCal/CSV file"

Very frustrated! Do you know what I can do?

  • @RustersDoodle The only thing I can seem to find on that error is that you should validate your calendar file. Try this site: severinghaus[dot]org/projects/icv/

Let me know if that works

  • Dude Ihave a problem. I was ablge to get everything synced with the gmail and the ical and it worked perfect for few days. THen nothing was syncing. I did not know what to do so I just stared deleting calendars to just start over. Wel thatwas a disaster. Now on my ical, I have a continula spnning wheel as if the calendar is still trying to sync with the gmail. I cannot fix this . I have read all suport I can find. I thought i could just delete my caldav accounts. I cnat even delete them

  • wow. thank you so much for the help!

  • @hoovusmc2007 You're welcome! Thanks for watching

  • Do you have an answer to this question. I did your tutorial and it worked perfectly. New problem. Unable to authenticate with ical and google account. I have seen numerous posts with no answers. I am tired of teh bouncing ical icon on desktop. Help

  • @1munman I'm not sure but I will find an answer and post it here. Thanks

  • @1munman It seems like this is a compatibility issue with your version of iCal and/or OS. When specifically in the process do you get the error?

  • Best tutorial I have found. BUt when I hadthe duplicate events on ical and tried to delete the duplicate events, I endedup deleting the calendar. Not sure how to fix

    wjchiro@columbus.rr.com

  • @1munman If you want to restore your original calendar, just open up the .ics file. Make sure you only delete the calendars you started with on iCal before the synch (ie. My original Home and Work calendars labelled with blue and green in iCal).

I think that's what you're asking? If not I might need you to be a bit more specific.

    Thanks for watching

  • Ah, very useful, I remember trying to do this at one point. I got it but it never worked very nicely. Thanks!

  • @tintedglass You're very welcome
