  • One more thing... avocados are made of about 70% water, plus they contain lipase - a fat digesting enzyme. Furthermore, fat is important for the secretion of leptin a hormone that tells you to STOP eating, so you might want to eat 2 huge watermelons and spike your insulin, but an avocado with a leafy green salad would be a far better choice. Just saying :) Your vids are very entertaining nonetheless.

  • I like your tips and enthusiasm, but I think your water reco is FAR too much. Every person is completely unique and it all depends on how much cooked/processed food and coffee they drink. If I have a client who eats a lot of raw foods and all whole foods they would completely drown in water if they drank 4L per day!

  • im a mechanic and take sandwiches etc to work because its quick and easy. any suggestions of any non carb foods would be a good alternative and keep me going through a hard days work

  • My nutritionist told me that if you drink a lot of water your body doesn't process it or whatever tthe because its too much, and that I must drink it slowly for the same reason is that correct?

  • how much butter/oil do u eat per day? my dietist told me, i must eat about 60 grams per day...but that sounds so much to me....and my body is really on strike concerning fat loss :( ..it makes me nuts :(

  • @OmarIsuf yes, my dietician meant 60 grams of fat per day and adviced me to eat 2100 calories per day..but that sounds so much..i had the problem that i didnt eat much, but the wrong food. i lost a little bit of weight by eating more and doing sports..but..within that time, whenever i gained a kilo, it went straight to my hips or butt...so..the problem is, when i lose that kilo again, my body is taking it from belly or the sides..so starting to look like a pear :((..also..

  • @OmarIsuf also..this is starting to cause big problems to me when i wanna do sport. i have too much weight on my hips/butt..so last time i hurt my hips when doing sprint..swimming doesnt help for that body part either :(..my body just refuses to reduce weight on hips/butt...it s driving me insane and it s hurting my "hip joint" if that s the correct word for that hip part...that weight is even starting to hurt my back :(

    He didn't say ONLY eat those types of food, didn't you see the big steak on the plate? That was definitely not huge and low in calories.

  • Good quality and entertaining videos, although I think you aren't in your best shape yet. With your knowledge and experience you could easily lose a few pounds and look in better shape. Good thing about the water! I have been drinking about 5L each day for 1 and a half year and never been hungry!

  • @shaqster187 The HIIT will definitely help and 10 pounds in that time frame is more than achievable. My recommendation would be to follow my free guy work out program (see my channel), it'll give you the nutrition AND work outs to kick ass :)

  • @shaqster187 hahah thats my limmit no lower then 180 thats my idea weight, Im at 261, about 80 mor epounds to go, used to be 315. but I have lots muscle weight as well so around 220-200 is my ideal weight.

  • @muzammilali007 Uh dude, wrong video to post this question, but most likely you don't have enough lean muscle in the first place, so you don't have visible abs and I'm guessing your diet is off, watch some videos of mine and get back to me :). This is not a mystery, we'll solve it.

  • @muzammilali007 Build more lean muscle. You want to gain muscle weight as you work off fat. Remember...muscle burns fat. Consider lifting heavier if you havent already.

  • I drink lots of water. The only thing is it makes me pee so much. I know if I drink a bunch before a work out I will have to pee and when Im running its hard to find a good place to piss or when Im at the gym the machines I use don't have a pause button so they have to start all over again.
