Im still missing shots, i had a Trophy whitetail run at me up to 40yds on sunday he then saw me turned broadside and gae me a great opportunity then "BANG" the bullet hit the ground just behind him.

i am the absolute worst when it comes to getting buck fever. I get the twitches over a small doe. im horrible. But all ya gotta do is take your time. for me its ok if im shaking uncontrollably because i pay attention to how much my gun shakes. so i have made perfect lung and heart shots while shaking uncontrollably. all ya gotta do it take your time and lead your shot. dont worry about the horrible nervous convulsions. not a single one has gotten away yet
i remeber my first deer i missed 24 deer afterwards in a row cause of buck fever i was 12 to and man i was pissed but this year im 13 and im a mean green killing machine haha no more shaking this time
dont feel bad i was 10 yrs old and missed sixteen sixteen times at 6 different wall hanger buck 6 point or higher and the six point was the biggest six point ive ever seen and the rest were 8 points.
Na, I'm scared of ghost, and I hear they don't taste good. I have a family of 6 and the meat from three deer a year gives us enough meat for the rest of the year.
you cant tell me that hunting with your son or daughter isnt the best experience in the world .thats something that neither one of them will ever forget .
thats what hunting is about. Im 17, and went on my first hunt last year. I missed a buck at about 150 yards, but only had a 3.5X scope :p. It was getting dark when the deer came out, so i rushed a little bit too. oh well, I'll get him this year, he should be real nice now.

Hey I can appreciate that situation.
I got all buck fever one night with six deer out there and it sure can get you all worked up.
Thats hunting and part of the excitement.
