In my mind, Aubrey Plaza and Zooey Deschanel are good pals that hang out for coffee and treats and hate on mean girls, but frustrate each other's different style of humor.
@28stads i love how a thousand idiots like to say"i recognize the dry humor &love it!"and somehow they feel smarter-people are giving this girl way too much comedic credit bc they think it confers intelligence to themselves(really its bc theyre uncomfortable just liking her looks)sorry, liking dry humor is pretty ordinary nowadays when everyone wants to be ironic and everyone is "quirky".there is some dry humor, but mostly she's nervous.Kinda painful to hear, but easy to watch, bc she's beautiful
@carlo88moe Considering I'm gay I could really care less. I just find her to be really funny. A kind of mindless dry humor actually... the humor of awkwardness and silence. Get a life dude.
@28stads "get a life" well, ya got me there, what a line...but yeah ill fuck off, but just btw, that means ur laughing AT her, something she didnt intentional induce=not real comedy but rather no better than the tawdry comedy of someone falling for ur pleasure..peace
@carlo88moe Well stand-up is all about the delivery. I have seen her do stand-up and the delivery of the content is actually what brings it to that next level. Have you ever seen Mitch Hedberg?
i don't understand why people find it so fascinating when they spot a panty hanging or something...u see these actresses in their bikinis all the time anyway...

As unfunny here as she is on her lousy sitcom. Man, is this daffy gal BORING. You mean that of all the FUNNY women who auditioned for the role in 'Parks,' THIS was the best they could do?? She is just horrible and devoid of talent. Hey, someone needs to day it......
@KoenHead exactly! i hear you.Dumb people easily conflate dry humor for blabbing away with a monotone. There's a fucking difference:one is intentional comedy, the other isnt...her's is the latter.People who'll say this is all dry humor&idont"get it"are fatuous hipsters&moronic...i just would like to tell them all "pfft shut the fuck up, go nod ur approving heads and clap ur appreciative hands somewhere else, u dont "get it" ur just a lame cliche"..hell is paved by nodding/smiling hipsters
@carlo88moe - WTF man. Did you have a girlfriend with a dry sense of humor who dumped you and kicked you in the balls. Seriously - leave comedy analysis to George Carlin and Louis CK, and return to your usual position of wondering through life with absolutely nothing to contribute to anything. I'm just shaking my head wondering someone would even bother getting upset about why someone else would find her funny. What a waste of time and energy lol.
@pixiearmy85 haha, true dat...the inevitable outcome of when something bothers u for a awhile, unreasonably indignant and forlorn lambasting...that or porn are the venues nowadays for some nice cathartic release, maybe shoulda just stuck with porn...my bad

Dave is such an awesome interviewer. He got Aubrey to open up in a moment of candor; considering the fact that she's never serious in interviews.
U can tell she was kind of caught off guard w/the stroke questions.
Nice girl though in a crazy cute kind of way
