i finally got my double fold today but instead of starting of like you i could hardly do that and the i sorta fell into it and now i can do it woohooo
well getting to the ground, i am in a circus and have been doing contortion here and there, and it seems if you watch your arms go straight up and your head is the last thing to go back when you are going into the backbend, it will be less "clunky" haha :)
I love the circus, which circus are you in? Is there a website for it? I'd love to see your work. Seeing other contortionists and their work is always so inspiring.

I think when I increase my arm strength it will really increase my form. If you have any input that would be great.

okay not to sound negative, but you really need to work on your form. youre kind of clunking to the ground. but youre getting there!
