  • This is Not safe! If you hit a bump the baby will choke, then you would have to pick up the baby to get the baby to stop choking. You should should pull off the road, and nurse and burp the baby like normal.

  • This is what I do :)

  • Just Stupid

  • @Fellati0 u need to go to jail and get ur butthole desecrated

  • @natew1990 dude i've been to prison and i can honestly say, the best part WAS getting my butt hole desecrated by a penis,.

  • I have done this. You can do it without pulling the child forward if you yourself lean in more instead. If you are doing a quick trip you can time feedings and in many cases you can pull over but I found myself doing this with my very young baby while on a highway and unable to easily pull over. No reason to introduce a bottle if you don't have to!

  • she is a sexy lady with big boobs

  • My aunt used to breast feed like this on road trips. I think it is very convenient. My aunt and little cousin were always buckled and it worked.

  • hahah im sorry but wtf?

  • you are going to be lopsided when u get out lol ..... anytime i would nurse on one side and not the other ......the best thing is to pull over and nurse ....babies unbelievably can actually wait until you get someplace also.....

  • I can understand if your in a car for hours, during a roadtrip, that someone might want to try this. Most babies will feed every 2-4 hours. With that said you should be able to stop and breastfeed every 2-4 hours.

  • i wish i ca get breast fed by her..... her boobs are sexy

  • Zeig doch mal deine Titen, bitte

  • Give him/her a bottle when youre in the car. easier.

  • i do this all the time so i know it is possible...now i have big boobs so it works lol idk about for a woman with smaller ones, may not be as easy

  • DONT MAKE VIDEOS LIKE THIS IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL UR TALKIN ABOUT! THIS IS NOT SAFE, I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANY MOTHERS TO DO THIS, FOR ONE ITS NOT POSSIBLE IF YOUR BABY IS BUCKLED IN LIKE OTHERS SAID, AND EVEN IF YOUR BABY WAS AND YOU WERENT YOUD KILL YOUR BACK ATTEMPTING IT AND MAKE A FOOL OF YOURSELF!

  • I want to be the doll :D:D:D

  • hot....mamas

  • ROFL

  • you call yourselves "experts"?

  • @malona23 i feel sorry for the new mothers that watch this and really have no clue, but even then im sure they will fill in the blanks that if the babys buckled in that its not possible.

  • @Starsofneon agree

  • yeah this seems kind of unnecessarily difficult and awkward. instead utilize a highway rest stop.

  • pull over and breast feed...it's really no big deal!

  • why am i watching this..?

  • @thepain93 you are watching this because you wanted to see tities just like the other 268,911 people in here

  • So not safe. Pull over to feed your child. Furthermore ERF is much safer, so a child over 1yo would still be rf.

  • What a stupid video. You feel just super when someone has to slam on the brakes and baby goes bye bye....along with your nipple. morons on fucking Expert Village.

  • why not just find somewhere to park the car?

  • i cant see anything with all those words on the screen. otherwise this could have been a helpful video!

  • These horrible mis information videos are still here? good god she is so full of horrible "advice"

  • hey, cool trick.

  • Thank U. :)

  • I don't like these videos...y does she keep suggesting I throw a blanket over my baby? U try eating lunch w/ a huge woolly blanket clogging up ur face! If modesty is ur #1 concern in breastfeeding, invest in a few special tops & bras.

And I agree with pulling over. The last time I rode in the backseat w/ my baby, I was coming home from the hospital with her.

  • well said.

  • That can not be safe, even if you keep a seat belt on yourself. If you're leaning across the seat, the belt is loose so you can easily slip out of it.

In my experience, the best thing is to take 10-15 minutes to pull over and feed the baby in a parking lot where everyone is safe. There's no reason to feed them in a moving car.

  • like so... lol

  • You should NEVER take your child out of the car seat while the car is in motion, EVER! Pull over, yes, every single fucking time, inconvenient? Too bad.

  • I have never seen NIPPLES. Please let me see yours!

  • What is the name of this model

  • virgina lopez

  • mrhaiderkhan,

It's not like she's driving! Plus which is more distracting to the driver, screaming baby or breastfeed baby.

However, I do get the point and when I traveled with my daughter I just pulled over and fed her, because most likely she also needed a change

  • i don't believe You show me by making ur own video!.

  • Mature (sarcasm)

  • No she's not driving but in order to get the baby close enough to the breast the buckles have to be to loose for it to be safe. You shouldn't be able to pull it's head forward that much. And by the way...who in hell invented these frikkin breastfeeding discretion rules???? It's something natural and basic! If you don't want to see me feed my baby look the other way. I don't understand how people can make something sexual out of this. It's your own flesh and blood eating!

  • Ummm.... if people have issues with you bf in public, IT'S THEIR ISSUE! Get over it. Just feed your baby.

  • bullshit because the seatbelt will pull you back dumbass

  • I have done this and yes, it does work. Although, I think it works better if you are a little larger in the chest.

  • lol so your calling this woman's breasts small?

  • 2ndly, you shouldn't feed a baby while riding PERIOD! and WHY should you need to be in a car to be "discreet"??? I have only fed in the car (when parked, and baby in my ARMS), for my OWN convenience. not for the conv of others.

But if you are traveling, just pull over, it's just a bad idea to nurse/feed an infant while driving.

  • First of all children SHOULD be rear facing well AFTER one year, they outgrow those infant "buckets" by 20-25 lbs (which is usually by one year) depending on the manuf specs, but in a convertable style seat you should continue to rear face the child until they outgrow the weight for that car seat in a rear face position. Ex. Britax are usually 30-35lbs (which can take some kids up to 3 yrs old before moving to forward pos.)

  • get ur windows tinted...?

    lol

  • u r hott baby

  • Ive done it ... it is a bit worrying .. choking hazard... not being able to get him out to pat him on the back if he swalllows the wrong way or something but if needs must...

  • People take multi-tasking too far these days...

(I know she's not the one driving, but come on....)

  • This is moronic. The car hits something, and the baby chokes on milk and the mother is found by paramedics with a bitten nipple and her boob hanging out. lol!!

When a baby needs to be fed, if you want to make it a priority to feed her, then PULL OVER.

  • whoever says not to nurse in the car has never been on an 8 hour road trip to make it to grandmas funeral on time with a screaming baby and a frazzled husband. you do what you gotta do.

  • There's nothing wrong with this! Obviously it's not the best choice, but in a crunch it works!

  • There is a lot wrong with it, first off the baby needs to be straped in tightly, you should not be able to pull a baby forward towards you in a car seat, second A baby should rear face to the limits of a convertable car seat, around 35 lbs (my three and ahalf year old is under this and still rear facing.

If baby is hungry in the car pull over and feed them, I did it for a baby who nursed every 20 minutes till 3 months, I still do it on long car rides now that he is almost 1

  • hahahahahaaa.. this is egnorance! the idea is good enough. but COME ON! its unrealistic, irresponsible. WHO cant find a time to feel their baby outisde of the car UNDER the age of ONE?!?! u shudnt have a babby if u dont have the time to feed them in a safe environment. these videos should be deleted- dont give bad advice pls!!

  • It is not safe to nurse that way, even if everyone stays buckled. Adults in seatbelts (and older children who are in boosters or in the adult belt alone) should sit back and straight, a bit of a slouch is ok, and knees bent comfortably at the end of the seat. The seatbelt will not work properly and hold you back when you are leaning forward so far. There needs to be as little slack in the seatbelt as possible, same for carseat straps. Pull over and nurse, or nurse before you leave the house.

  • Oh good gosh. Does she not know that kids should stay RF MUCH past 1 yr old? Sheesh.

And you should not be able to pull a baby's head forward that far.

  • um, actually car seats are designed to move forward slightly, which helps in the case of an accident. I don't agree with how she is nursing, but please check with whatever local car seat safety people you have as to weather or not your carseat is installed correctly.

  • 1 - the baby should NOT be able to be lifted toward you if they are strapped in correctly!

2 - this will work (I do it all the time but with a convertible car seat, we never had a bucket style sear) and my daughter is almost 2 years old. The "this only works until a year" is bogus. Children should be left rear facing until they are within an inch of the top of the shell of the seat.

Please be better informed on car safety before posting videos about it!

  • Neither the carseat or the baby should be moving anywhere if they are strapped in correctly. If you leave the seat and baby so loose in there what is the point of an infant seat anyway? You get in an accident and the baby flies through the window cause the straps didn't hold him in. Stop the car, pull over, take the baby out, then breastfeed.

  • Don't breastfeed in a moving car...even infant on bottles or solids should never eat in a car...very dangerous! This woman is nuts her opinion is not fact....

  • imagine if you hit a bumb while you are in the car, OUCH

  • She is so pretty!

  • In all my years of nursing (7+ yrs for 4 babies) I never left a baby in the carseat to nurse. I just stopped the car. The shawl she uses looks very hot. I was a very modest and considerate nurser, but I never used a scarf to cover up when I was in my own car. What is a "pashmee?" I just used a very sheer, lightweight madras cotton scarf I made myself. Babies get hot nursing, so use something lightweight to cover. And you exhibitionists are using nursing as an excuse to show your breasts!

  • They may be, but they may just view it as a natural part of life. Today for example we have laws about things that never were there to start with (such as clothing), but they should only do it in actaul "educational" videos, not for show.

  • I think it depends on how big your boobs are because I have small ones and I don't think I could reach.... Thank you for the info though

  • The woman who first taught me to do that has fairly small boobs, and she can nurse her kids when they're forward facing took, so I don't think size necessarily makes that much difference.

  • I'm all for safety, but if I lived my life as a new mom following every rule to the "t" I would go crazy worrying. New moms can use common sense/good judgment. If this works for you-GREAT! If you need to temporarily loosen the carseat straps, fine. It's certainly good in an emergency to have this option-better than removing baby from seat altogether! I think this is reality and nobody wants to write books/give instructions on reality anymore because they might get sued. Thanks for the videos!

  • 1:13 omfg sufficating the kid and smiling

  • 1. If you can pull your child forward like this, your child is not properly restrained.

    2. What she is proposing a "new mom" to do is stupid, dangerous, and EXTREAMLY uncomfortable.

  • If your child is properly restrained in the rear facing position, you should not be able to pull them forward, nor should you attempt to.

Breastfeeding in a moving vehicle is NOT recommended, simply put, it isn't safe.

Your entire body weight will come crashing down onto your nursing baby if you were in a car accident.

Keep you baby rear facing as long as possible (over 12 months) and pull over to breastfeeding, or atleast, DO NOT move your child to do so.

    Expertvill could use an Expert

  • i alwasys just pulled over and never tried this, although it probably would work. i guess icant do it cause my whole back seat has car seats and there is no room for me, lol

    still, agreat tip :)

  • If you can move your child or their carseat like that, they are NOT SAFE.

  • Whaaaaat? I'd rather pull over!

  • When my son was a newborn he nursed every hour or less. On long trips there was NO way I was going to pull over each time he wanted to nurse. We also are anti-bottle (I don't own a breast pump) so this worked great for us.

  • these videos are kinda cool really... i mean that two top thing is a pretty good idea for modesty and also this seems like a totaly legit suggestion... people are always cutting corners to obtain satisfaction and this seems like really reasonable compromise in case for what ever reason you just cant stop.

  • I totally agree. Great video! :)

  • What a weird video but I have to say I have actually done this when we were not able to stop!

  • Wouldn't it be easier to give your baby a bottle while in the back seat? How can a baby lean over like that to breatfeed? This girl is weird.

  • Some breastfed babies will not take a bottle, and if you are on a long drive, you have no other choice. I have done this. I left the seat belt across my lap and leaned in over my baby so she could nurse. Once full, she fell asleep and the rest of the drive was quiet. This 'girl' is not weird at all.

  • Exactly! I have had to pull over multiple times because I was driving. I found a safe place to exit and nursed. NEVER unbuckle a baby to nurse.

  • She is very odd.

    Just pull over.

  • best

  • Wouldn't it make more sense just to pull over and feed your baby properly!!! This is not safe!!!

  • this is so confusing. its a fake baby and your not even breast feeding it.

  • if she got her tit out it would be a massive distraction and every one would die from fatal crash

  • shes HOT!!

  • This does not seem very safe. First of all, the infant seat should be strapped in so tight that it can't move even an inch. Second, the baby needs to be strapped securely in the seat---you should not be able to sit them forward, and lastly, you are sitting way too forward and could cause injury or death to the child if there was an accident.

  • I totally agree with you. There is no way a baby could be strapped in safely and lean that far forward.

And if this was meant to only be used when you're pulled over on the side of the road then why not just unstrap baby and bring her to you?

  • At least she wasn't teaching how to breast feed while driving, X p. but don't try this at home, or in a moving car

  • shez rite this is so dangerous & stupid

  • This is NOT safe!

First of all, if the baby is buckled in properly, (meaning you can not pinch any slack in the carseat straps,) you would not be able to 'lean the child forward' as she suggests doing.

Second, by leaning over her child like that, there is too much slack in her own seatbelt. This puts the child at risk because in a crash she could crush the child with her own body.

If the baby is THAT hungry - pull over!

Michelle (Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician)

  • Yes, and that carseat is WAY too loose, it should lift up and sideways like that...

  • @foxvalleyfamily Also, she COULD give the baby expressed milk from a bottle.

  • @foxvalleyfamily Good point. Also, she could have expressed her milk in a bottle before getting in the car.

  • Also wanted to add a child should remain rear-facing past a year old.

  • This is horrible advice, and should not be taken. I am a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, and strongly urge this to not be done. The seatbelt as you noticed was around the ladies neck. That could cause serious injury or death to her. Not to mention she is leaning forward.

I think this is really common sense. You should NOT practice what you see in this video. Very unsafe for Mom, and baby.

  • I would be concerned that the my baby would start choking or needed to burp and then I have to stop the car anyway. I always just breastfed in the car while parked.

  • i thought i was the only one who has ever done this (and not for discretion--i've done it to simply feed my baby while on the road with my family). i have never found it necessary to lean my baby up from the car seat though. i'd lean toward him and let him lay down just the way he was. also, i've only done this while my husband was driving, so there was no need to pull over. very handy, i think.

  • WHAT? This is the biggest load of BS I have seen. Give me break. That is so dangerous. People please don't trythis, this is crazy advice. Be safe always. Pull over.

  • Uh if you didn't notice, she is in the back passenger seat. She is not driving the car. They are both buckled in, why isn't it safe?

  • because you should not lean baby or seat forward and if the baby gags and chokes you should be able to help your baby.

plus if there is (god forbid) an accident that could possibly smother baby and the seat would not be able to preform its function of protecting the baby. Thats why it's advisable to never let kids/babies eat in the car. its a hazzard, i know people do obviously but its not a very good idea.

  • you are already in your own freakin car, how much more discreet do you need to be??? Women need to stop worrying about what others may think or see and just do what you need to do when you need to do it. In a moving car I think this would be some of the most unsafe Sh!T to do.

  • I don't know why this lady is all about being discrete about nursing your baby

  • ummm, ditto. we have breasts to feed our kids. why on earth someone would feel the need to completely blanket the baby and their whole freaking carseat escapes me. it would be a sad, sad society to live in where all women thought this was necessary or even 'nice.'

and like the majority of other posters, i strongly urge you to rethink this video. it is not safe, at all, for mother or baby. if you need to nurse, pull over (in a parking lot of some type!) and feed the baby. better late than never.

  • Just pull over!!!!!!!! Geesh!!!

  • tits or GTFO !!!

  • you shouldent be able to lean the baby up

its not safe, the child should be straped in firm so in the event of a crash the baby wont move much.

  • Meant to say mucch safer option....

  • Been there done that. When your on long trips on a long stretch of highway and the only other option is pulling over on the side of the highway this is a much option. You do what you have to do.

  • That is completely unsafe- one little tap from a car behind you and your body weight would kill the baby. Strongly recommend against this.
