i ,ve problem with ashampoo burning dvd. it says not enough space on disk when i use a blank -r or +r dvd disk, the programe shows no writing option, can u tell me how to get rid of those errors and make it work, i dont use double layer blank disk, so help me if u can

sometimes my dvds dont work. is it beacause some are -R and some are +R? +R never work are they not supposed to" is -R dvds the only ones you can use?

yes -R is the best some dvd player are picky. also it can be the movie file u downloaded.
