  • will a cockatiel even fit through that opening???!!? heehhehee

  • My boyfriend just got a cage almost 3x the size for 5$ at a yard sale , virtually brand new. You dont have to blow all your money at a pet store to have a nice cage.

  • It simple stuff but good to know, thanks for the tips!

  • wow i got a macaw and its 9 foot wide and 10 foot high fail thats small

  • Extremely helpful thank you

  • thats 67 dollars. ridiculous!

  • Jeez, my cage is about 4 times the size of that one.

  • how much was the first one?

  • @mastersam0071 it was $94.98

  • I have the same white cage ( the 1st),,,, can my Cockatiels mate inside ? would they find good atmospher to make babies ?? answer PLZ

  • i make better and bigger cages

  • Buying a piece of furniture!?!?! A garbage cage will make you get rid of your bird? What is he on....

  • buying a cage that would look great in your house? wtf nooo its depends on the birds size or whats the size cage that matters

  • Those look really small and uncomfortable :/ even for a bird

  • honestly... my cockateils cage is probly bigger than the average Macaw or large parrot cage. and guess what, i didnt pay over $30. i went to Ross, and got a dog cage, for about a medium sized dog, and set it up with my birds stuff, it is great, and even decoritive to fit into our home. and my teil has more than enough room to do whatever he wants!!! seriously even if you go to a pond shop, or somewher like wallmart, you can get a great deal!!!

  • @KJ7FrozenHeart That's a good idea!

  • @LexiBandGeek btw I want to bring the cage inside I'm not gonna leave it outside.

  • I need help I want to move my budgie into a larger cage we have outside. it's not an aviary or anything it's a cage from the pet shop and for whatever reason my mom put it outside. nothing lives in it right now but it's been through lots of weather and we did have a lovebird in there at one point a few years ago. so can I move my budgie into this cage and what should I do to like disinfect it if I need to. please answer

  • My bird cage is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay bigger like 1M higher+ thats so mean my bird is hardly is its cage!

  • Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too small. Another classic example of "Dumb-Village"

  • the first one is good for parakeet

  • l have that cage but its dimensions reversed, wider so he can prance around like a git..my birds open them slide doors so easily, l wouldn't recommend a slide door cage for any cockatiel owner, look for a latch one, its safer...or you know...get a peg

  • mate.. if you think the cage is too small, then why even show it? a tiel cage must.. must be large enough to allow the bird to spread its wings and flap without hitting the sides of the cage and needs to be tall.

  • My cage is 2 times bigger than that. Its 4 feet high by 6 feet long

  • Special Offer

    Vision Cage

    $94.98 Only...

    Are You Kidding Me !

  • I don't think either of them are good recommendations. They -cockatiels- rather wider than higher cages. And even if you buy a cage it's nice if you let them go out of there, they like to spend time with us; it's not good to have them imprisoned the whole day...

  • i have the Vision Cage but only the first story is that big enough?

  • Everybody recommends a big cage, but then I realized it's because they intend to keep their bird in the cage all the time, which I think is cruel! I got a big cage but I always let my bird fly freely in the room all the time, so I'm thinking of getting a much smaller cage, because it only needs to eat and drink in it, and sometimes sleep. Birds kept in cages all the time are not happy. My bird hates it if I lock him in the cage. He wants to get out very badly. Sometimes I have to when I go out.

  • @XanaduZune omggggg I do the exzact same thing!!

  • i wouldint put a budgie in the "smallest" cage!

  • Just buy the cages at a yard sale or from someone else it's way cheaper and you can get high quality cages that are up to $300 or more for like $150 or less

  • my parakeets cage is a little bigger than that man

  • No bird was born to be in a cage.

  • @CAROLMRAMOS sorry but...whyare you watching this video then....im only here because i like wo watch expertvillage fail (there really good at sucking) ...anyway y would u be on this vid ¬¬

  • hmmm so if i dont like my cage... i wont like my bird... good logic.

  • WOW 66 DOLLARS FOR A CAGE? I FOUNDED THIS SAME CAGE FOR ONLY 10 DOLLARS AND NEW.

  • the frist cage is too small the secand one you showed i better

  • What would be a good size to put two cockatiels in?

  • the bigger the cage the better!

  • thank you

  • OMFG!! Those cages are so small compared to my cage and when I asked a shop assistant at pet store, she said that my cage is too small for 2 cockatiels. My cage is like 170cm high

  • @minapuhuhuonosuomi Stupid store lady!

  • @minapuhuhuonosuomi It is not necessary.

  • everybody visit a swapmeet that has pets they sale cages like double the size of the one on this video and only $35 im going to get one for my 2 cockatiels this saturday. :)

  • that is to much for a cage

  • thats interesting....1 question though....

on the bigger cage, why were the fooy boels on the ground?? xx

  • It's a cockatiel cage, and cockatiels are ground feeders. They'd rather have their food on the ground.

  • Oh my good! This is the size om my travelcage. This size is not even legal by far even for one budgie in Sweden. Whats wrong whith you?

  • the poop sheild over the food thing is a good idia i wonder how rich the guy who invented those are?

  • i think thats the cage we used with my 2 cockateils when i was like 5... but we had to get rid of them don't know y

  • you didnt talk about the material of the cage. Cages that contain zinc are poisonous and most cages do have zinc!!! Stainless steel are the best material for a bird cage.

  • my cockatiel cage is about 2 1/2 times the size of that, if not bigger.

  • I have a very beautiful white cage it looks very nice, my mum helped pick it out, it is big but not too big and cost $200 - she paid so I'm not complaining. It only houses my one Cockatiel, but I will introduce a mate and breed eventually.

  • That's great.

I used to breed. I recomend a cage that's bigger than 22"x24"x30" and the bars being 5/8" or smaller.

    I wish you luck.

  • i have that size cage too, but thats only to transport them to the vet! That is really tiny!!!

  • how much cockatiles cost because i lost my other bird lol it just ran out the door now it lost.

  • Piece of advice: try to buy a cage with dark/black bars. You will be able to see the bird better then if they were white.

  • i am also thinking of buying one

  • please god buy a hand tamed 1 dont make the same mistake i did and get a non hand tamed it just makes you misirable

  • um .. ??

is that a perfect cage for cockatieLs .. ??

  • Ty, i am planning to buy a big one for my little 2year old cockitiel BB :)
