They got the makeup and the personality of Voldemort from the books spot on. But it was truly Fiennes that truly brought the character to life, making him both creepy and badass. Well done Ralph Fiennes. Well done.

The one and ONLY bad thing they did about this was Voldemort's eyes. In the books he's described as having red eyes, but in the films, he has blue which is sort of a downturn, but damn did they do a good job overall.

@Quadraxis I'm glad that they replaced the red snake eyes, because by taking them away and giving him human eyes, it made Voldemort more mysterious. It gave the audiences the thought of who or what Voldemort is and what he is capable of.

Voldemort never seemed that scary to me in the movies. He did in Sorcerer's stone and then maybe a little in Goblet of fire but not much later. The last film I was cracking up watching him. It's so strange because Ralph Fiennes has played such good villains (Red Dragon) that mindfucks you and yet Voldemort was just...bleh. Yet his reading was awesome!I got scared just by his description reading of Voldy than him alone. And btw,why was Daniel avoiding Ralph?
