The perfect report for VOA. Americans will always be behind in language study. They don't even know their own language. I am a teacher here in America, so I know from first-hand experience with these people. Another thing, why is she speaking so slowly? English is not a diofficult language for non-English speakers. The only difficult thing is pronunciation.

the Brain is like Memory card for example ppl who educated and learned alot will learn English slower than ppl who didn't and i know many ppl of that type and most of em are my friends because the Education took a space of their brain
