  • According to music theory c and f does have a at...b and e

  • First let me say wonderful job my brother. You are excellent with your gift. Secondly to the brother LILJB11 C and F have no flat not D and G so please know your stuff before you correct someone on there's..... To everybody else, take the time to learn your craft and then the lord can use you properly. So with that being said, learn all this brother has to offer then make it your own!

  • This is krunk...Paris be tearun stuff up on da CD's mane!!!! Yuh but Tye "TribbLLLLet" go hard. LOL haha...funny

  • Wow...great teaching. This was so helpful. I have problems with my left hand so much. But when someone slows stuff down a bit, as you have I can usually practice my way through it. Lol.....Thanx

  • Does this run transtion the song from the key of Db to Ab?

  • No..yet it does go right into the key of Ab, by then the song vocally is over by then.

  • Cool... ROLAND 4 Lyfe!!! lol

  • ooh, you have to teach us that chromatic thing you did at the end with the chords!!! Please!!!

  • but we r not talkin about jazz or any other theory here. he's playin gospel so keep it gospel theory. C and F-sharps, A,B, and E-flats.

  • 01:59 what's the chord for the Bb bass line.. that hit a chord on the Bb and the chord for the Ab on the second set

  • hahah you said tye tribblet

  • lol

  • that was great such an easy teaching style. Please pray that God anoints me to play like that. I get the idea and and can find the notes but I got to get my left hand to work with my right hand. lol

  • could u do 1 on the whole song?

  • would you have the lessons to the rest of the chords for this song?

  • this is really hopeful although there were some keys that were incorrect. For example: D-flat is a C-shrp and G-flat is a F-sharp! D & G are not flats nor sharps.

  • good job on catching that liljb, yes, when using a scale you must use the complete musical alphabet, as far as I know. It might be different in this type of music, but hey, as long as you get your point across right?

  • Of what little book one training I had, I asked my piano teacher whats the deal with this stupid sharp or flat thing? She bust out laughing and agreed but she said that's the way it is. I thinking those notes called flats are good enough without making it harder calling those same notes something else! lol'

  • @ebufford I agree.

Typically, it depends on what genre of music you're dealing with, and what culture. Although music theory states that Db is actually C#, in gospel and jazz, there's just Db.

  • Actually, if you're speaking in jazz theory, they call C sharp, D flat, and so on and so forth.

  • man dont get me started on theory lol

  • I finally got now i need 2 learn tha rest uv da song.

  • Bless God for this minstrel on the keys!

  • love your teaching.... can I have that X8???? please lol

  • LOL' Bless you Jay'

  • thanks man im mainly a drumma but i still play piano for fun

  • excellent teaching doc!
