Lyrical diversity, syncopation, enunciation, multisyllabic rhymes, subject matter & substance - Eminem.
Tech N9ne is dope, albeit respectfully, but no one is as versatile as Eminem.
The fact that almost every rapper (even pioneer) is compared to Eminem speaks a lot in itself. I'm not saying he's the best though. Both rappers are top 10 of all time.
