Aldo is a very impressive fighter, he is not just a jiu jitsu black belt but a world class competition black belt.
He is just such an amazing striker that he never uses it. I only started watching J. Aldo fights this week , never saw him before. I believe this kid is the most complete fighter pound for pound in MMA and if he were a bigger man he would have the number 1 ranking from Silva.
Aldo will submit Faber and show the world that he's the best standing, and on the ground. He is better in nearly all significant facets. He will beat him. That is all.
brazillian have dominated mma for long time, in pride ufc etc, its just more so nowadays because the ufc used to not like hiring black or brown spanish fighters, they didn't think they had championship commercial appeal

yeah but thats like if they made a team/game where the whole time your just shooting from the free throw line..they;d be good free throw shooters for sure cuz their just focusing on 1 aspect of basketball but if you have play a nba team? their gonna lose cuz being good at just 1 aspect of something is cool but when against something that covers it all...its just no comparison

@1Steepz1 one of the main aspect that gets fans pumped up of mma is the strikes wich is in a sence boxing style , boxing has its own territory that needs training its not just one haymaker or one upercut or one bodyblow, its the technique of boxing ,saying having a team that only does free throws i see your view but the point is faded

i know what your tryna say but boxing is less tehcnical then mmaregardless what their doing you only have to worry about being punched, in mma you have fights with an arsenal of ways to win. i love boxing but to say that mma gets its style somewhat from boxing? is fucking stupid.

Aldo is a very impressive fighter, he is not just a jiu jitsu black belt but a world class competition black belt.
He is just such an amazing striker that he never uses it. I only started watching J. Aldo fights this week , never saw him before. I believe this kid is the most complete fighter pound for pound in MMA and if he were a bigger man he would have the number 1 ranking from Silva.

brazillian have dominated mma for long time, in pride ufc etc, its just more so nowadays because the ufc used to not like hiring black or brown spanish fighters, they didn't think they had championship commercial appeal

Maybe, but Aldo defended Mike Brown's take downs really well, and ended up on his back after a failed take down attempt from Brown. I don't see Aldo getting knocked out, he's a better striker than Faber, faster, better combos and more explosive.
But fights in the WEC have been unpredictable lately so we'll see what happens. I do know however that I am not paying for a WEC pay-per-view!!!!
