Comon Sense" if the person is down, cuffed, no weapons found and you have how many police around them. Why in the hell he need to pull the weapon or the taser.. There was no "probable cause" for him to pull the gun. He fucked up and thats the bottom line..2 years ..that's nothin..He lucky he in US, other countries the families will come hunt his ass down and give him the real sentencing...

To all who are trying to make this look like a racial issue, go cry me a fucking river. Mehserle was not racist, and by the video, you can see he announced to use his taser and after the shooting he tried to help Grant and was shocked at what happened. You people are ignorant! You just WANT to believe it's racial since the race card is the easiest to play. I, for one, believe the only murderer is KARMA. Oscar wasn't doing better after prison, he was on drugs, alcohol, and got in a fight.

When you get rounded up by cops- you do exactly as they tell you...not as you want. If they tell you to sit down and you get up...you deserve to get killed. Fck that guy that got killed- he GOT UP. Preach brother and sister! Why do they have so much power? The police i'm talking about! Here is a quick example of how important the citizens are respected in our society. If a person of color gets killed, it is ruled as oh it was a accident, let some one kill a cop! We, being from the bayarea myself, thank LA for their support! Justice lost for one is justice lost for us all. Oscar Grant was killed for no reason, than being a black young man, who was pleading for his life and his family. Thanks LA; Justice for Oscar and his family will help, but time heals. To the Grant family, we are ONE with you all. Keep fighting for your child, and all other children of colour!
