I'm sorry, I've been in Algeria and tunisia and I've never seen people over there preparing Baghrir.
The moroccan cuisine is the best and us you know even the french chiefs consider it one of the best in the world.

Thanks for watching! We eat Baghrir in Morocco only like that with butter and honey,but I will prepare soon some stuffing(bread)called 'Rghayef',specially for you !

This looks so much like the qatayief recipe but without the eggs...do you think i can stuff the baghrir and close it then bake or fry it?
