I like the Japanese voice better...her Japanese voice actually changes when she's in her armor, and there is a mechanical tinge to it. It just seems to fit more.

I agree. It really seemed as though the English voice actress for Shurelia was giving a rather overacted reading of the script rather than voice acting. It made it very hard to suspend my disbelief, especially during the Dives. I didn't have that problem with Aurica's or Misha's voice actress in English; they actually had me convinced. But Shurelia's sounded like she was trying too hard to be dramatic during the dialogues and placing emphasis on parts that didn't deserve it.
