lol, with padding hits can be harder. in sports like rugby, you can only hit as hard as the hitter can handle cause he'll take just as much as he gives.
Pro American-football players could beat the s_ out of professional rugby, physically and athletically, but thats cause they train for a sport that requires more.
lacrosse has protection for the same reasons, plus, they use the sticks to hit as well as their bodies. both better sports than rugby

LOL.That must be the stupidest thing I've heard.Unlike baseball, you have to be FIT to play lacrosse.The most exercise you get in baseball is the sprint to the base.That's why baseball appeals to lazy people.With baseball, you can sit while you wait your turn, and when it's your turn you just stand there waiting for the ball to come to you.If you hit the ball, only then is there any actual work involved, having to run to the base.If you get to the base, you get to stand there and rest.

U generally take a break in baseball. we aint talkin about how much they get paid or how much fans watch it. thats just bull shit. we talking about the physical toll lacrosse takes. @JHsoxfan11 played baseball since i was 3.. just started playing lacrosse this year and lacrosse is so much harder and in my opinion way more fun. now before you say i probably sucked, i was a varsity player so just sayin. i still love watchin the red sox but i think larosse will eventually grow to be big
