  • Bravo! Your filigree work is beautiful :)

  • Awesome videos! It took me a few minutes to get over the mispronounciation of "petit fours", but it is really obvious that you have been doing this for years. I was originally thinking of making this for a party, but after watching the video, I realize how difficult it can be and I will have to put in more hours in the kitchen before I give this a go. Thanks so much for posting the video. It was a real pleasure to watch.

  • @trinh023 Thanks! Haha yeah I'm not great a pronouncing foreign words - I have a French friend who makes fun of how I pronounce aubergine! Yeah this is a little time consuming - the hardest part is the glazing. Don't let that deter you - depending on what kind of party maybe you and your guests can make petits fours together! I hope my other videos are just inspired! Thanks for watching!!

  • Do you have a recipe for this posted along with what tools you need? Would help a ton! I'm thinking of making petite fours for a tea party.

  • @Hailedha

Tools you'll need parchment paper, sheet pans, paring knife, serrated knife, chef knife, cutting board, rolling pin, plastic wrap/bags, piping bags, rubber spatula, metal bowls, pot (for double boiler), digital thermometer, sifter for powdered sugar, electric mixer, offset spatula, wire rack that fits the sheet pans... I think that covers it.

  • @Hailedha The recipe you can download from my blog

  • Thanks so much for these videos. I have been wanting to make Petits Fours for some time now and you spelled everything out perfectly.

  • you should explain things a bit more-whatever doesn't cut it. all in all good video ^_^

  • @Hailedha lol sorry I did this video pretty late so I may have made a couple short cuts in explaining things - is there anything I can explain for you? Sometimes the respective blog has some information that I didn't cover in my video as well. Thanks for watching!
