Peace is meant to be a peaceful song. The spin you put on it was somewhat amateurish and unthoughtful to the original composition of the song. slow down the lead, make it simple, keep it peaceful, unless you were going for the "i wish i was hendrix but don't play enough to be nearly as good" look, then you got it.
