just a suggestion jazz.. but why dont you try jumping him in a standing martingale a little bit. might just stop him from throwing his head up before the fence.

@ushievans I agree with the spurs as i dont know the horse though i cannot make a full judgment. if you go to my youtube page you will see that my horse is a very fast horse, very motivated but i still use spurs on him as he can some times refuse. this may be the cause that reeno falls under. or may be a totally different situation.
