Consumer Reports is not including the Verizon iPhone 4 in its list of recommended smartphones because of the problem with its antenna and dropped calls... Just ask Steve Jobs if dropped calls are a big deal… Endtones are all about the improvement of the wireless experience! Really. Can you hear me now?
What's the big deal? From the few dropped calls that I have, it never takes more than a few seconds for my phone to indicate the "call failed" status. Much better than having a stupid song blasting in your ear.
Judging by the comments, looks like Americans will continue to swallow and buy any useless gimmick that comes along.
My wife and kids waist a ton of minutes talking to themselves. This is a great idea. I checked and ATT doesn't have it. How hard can it be with all of the other options they offer.
I think it's time for the Endtone to be a standard feature on all cellphones. Talking into dead air space after your call has been dropped is a chronic problem. Let's activate Endtone immediately! SAM, New Hampshire

I'm the one who always keeps talking after I've dropped a call. I never figure it out till it's too late! I want an endtone! Where do I get one????? Keep the world safe from my bad talking & driving!
Why didn't someone think about this before. lol Very cool concept, and such a simple one. But I just spoke with a Verizon Wireless customer service rep, though, and they don't offer this service. Anyone know whether AT&T offers it yet?

Wow this is great. When will Verizon offer this? I HATE dropped calls and not knowing when the connection is lost.
