You don’t seem to get my point. By “nationalist” I mean people who support the concept of nations. Not necessarily fascists or whatever you had in mind. So Germany, too, mainly consists of nationalists as you won’t find many Germans (I should know, I live there) who’d agree on the idea of “canceling” Germany (not the state, mind you) in order to create a confederation of sorts everyone can be citizen of. Or to put it another way: few Germans believe that “nations” are something negative.

African countries are a good point since these nations have often been imposed by other peoples. I disagree with Afghanistan though. Sure, tribes have a big influence but there is a part of the population which feels united by their common language, history and culture. This part could easily sustain the notion of a nation.
And with the way things are going due to globalisation nationalism is on the uprise again (cf. Zakaria’s “The Post-American World”).
Because this documentary is meant to explore other people's views of Michael Moore. and that is it. They're not trying to make a point. They're not PRETENDING to have proof like Moore.
