I'm not sure..But in one of the later Super Tecmo Bowl's there were Free Agent's..So maybe that's how he did it..Cool as hell tho..

There are programs out there were you can modify roster and ratings to have whatever you want.  There are many edits out there for different seasons, even Arena Football and XFL versions.
