Even if you could get in trouble for it doing it offline what could they do to enforce it? They wouldnt waste their time when it doesn't affect other people.

However, it is possible with a flashed Xbox. Simply extract the .xex from the ISO. Run it thorugh H3 Unlock. Then mod your .map files with Alteration. Throw it back together. Stealth it. Burn it. And whack it in.

Easy.

I think I got it right. But anyways. Have fun. And make sure to buy a LOT of disks.
