@90choky Yeah we have gotten a lot better since this video. Wanted to make sure we started training correctly before injuring ourselves too far beyond repair :) If you subscribe you will see when I put out some new Parkour videos this summer
A piece of advice... It looks like you guys are just going through the motions... Parkour is a beatiful thing, You just need to pretend to flow around, over, and under things and youll get a lot better and look better. Trust yourself and instincts
@dasta3444 I completely agree :) This video was made a little while ago, since then we have become more comfortable with the movement and are really trying to change things up and simply fall in love with the movement. Thanks for the encouragement!
at the area around 49 seconds, with those climbups- i think you could make them way faster and smoother if you tried focusing on getting both feet planted and jumping up once you have your hands on top of the structure. it would kinda turn into a vault that way...
just giving advice i was given. its good to see the 208 has some runners.
@jakethe208boarder I totally know what you mean! This video is a few months old and we have gotten a little better since then :) But I definitely welcome the advice!
I'm really hoping our team can make another video here real soon :)
@ashmccpk we would love to have you train with us :) we really need to grow a better Parkour community in Meridian/Boise. We try to meet on a weekly basis, search for Team No Boundaries on Facebook, that's where we post our training times.
Yea, there's like two older groups, and three younger ones here in boise. Team Spartan, they're okay, Paradox, they're champs, and my little crew of five.
Ya that's a little far considering this video was filmed in West Meridian. A good place to practice near you would be Boise High School. They are pretty cool with it as long as you practice after hours or on the weekend.
And if you have some sort of park or playground near you those works well also.

I'm stationed out in Columbia VIllage in Boise, think this place is a good area to practice or is it a bit far?
