I would like to thank you for this video, my little cousin is in surgery and it gave me a real understanding of the issue at hand and the severity of it all. When we got told my sisters twins had tts it was to late to do anything because they had already died from it.

Your babies are just beautiful! My mother works in the NICU and delivery unit at her hospital so she has first hand seen and heard these stories of these beautiful babies. Hello, I just wanted to say how touching I found your video. What a wonderfully precious memento of your two little boys - and what foresight to have the photos and video taken. God Bless you and your beautiful family on earth and in heaven. Your daughter is so sweet and looks so sad. I just felt like hugging her. When I had a fetal demise in Jun 06 it was so hard on the whole family but seeing my daughters cry was painful for me. Less than 2 years later I had grandson who are TTTS survivors. It was touch and go most of the pregnancy and for at least 3 months after while in the NICU.

TTTS is a terrible diease. A friend of mine lost one baby at birth to it and the 2nd one died 3 months later. So sorry for your loss, seeing the sacs and cords, it looks like its a miracle they lived as long as they did inutero.

I hope you and your family is on the mend. This brought tears to my eyes.

That is a beautiful video. I lost my twin girls to TTTS in August of 2007. They were about the same size as your boys--we were 25 weeks. Clark and Jake are beautiful.

It is called Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome. It is a condition where one twin donates a portion of his/her blood to the other twin, causing a serious condition for both babies. Depending on the seriousness of it, it can cause heart failure in both babies.

wow, your lucky to have had a doctor so nice to explain all that to you. i lost my boys to ttts on may4, 2008 and my doctors were not very helpful, ever! i wish i had better doctors/im=nsurance, maybe my babies would have mad it, its so hard, i like you videos they're so nice.
