i talked to the security guy there and he said that its a construction area now and its a 10000$ fine for trespass and you can be arrested. he said they are cracking down because of vandals and tagging. its not worth the chance of getting busted. the place is a dump anyway and he said they have security around the clock.

when you get there be familiar with the park so if security or cops come you can just run.

i think it would be an interesting project to see how the earth pretty much swallows up things that people leave alone. (at least that is what i plan on telling the cops if they catch me. XP)

Hahaha I'm pretty sure the bums and the skaters tell similar stories to the cops. You just have to be sneaky, that's all. If you get caught, I doubt they'll do nothing more than ask you to leave. It's worth the risk, I think.

Hahaha, you just have to be careful. Supposedly cops have been seen rounding around more than usual, so I wouldn't know. You just have to be sneaky and go Indiana Jones on everyone's ass!

I would not suggest attempting to enter this park anymore. As of a couple weeks ago they started patrolling it 24 hours. I learned this first-hand when I got caught by a security guard while I was doing some photography in the park. The cops were called and I was given a trespass warning.

Apparently they have had increasing problems with vandals in the park.

At the main entrance just walk around the fence however there this guy who seats in this car in the parking lot. Sorry I know its hard to get in there! I have walked all over that park and its awesome!

I could not fit through the back gate. I went the other way.

really? There's 2 small gates, and an open path by the entrance. It's really easy to get in!

Yeah you will find out as you get older your cannot bend the way you used to when you were younger.

No, we didn't see anyone. We were a bit chickened out by the whole experience, but I'm sure next time we'll venture further in.

Yeah the front part is really scary. No one there but there is always the fear that someone will show up. Every noise was fraught with terror. I want to go back before they tear it down.

I think they are working on tearing it down. We saw a couple of trucks out there, so it could be that they're getting ready to just get rid of everything.

I went in today. This time I hit the back of the park and some of the front. I tried to go into the restaurant but the wind was making some strange noises inside so I stayed outside. I am planning on posting my pics soon.

Yeah as soon as I am done with it I will upload it. One strange thing was that I actually stayed on the sidewalk. Near the forbidden city the path is blocked by a bunch of fallen trees. I also found another way to get in near that back gate. Just walk a little further. I think I have pretty much documented the whole park. Now I am looking for some good music to put over it.
