EMPOWERED Comic Review

I went out and bought this book because I had spent about an hour at the comic shop and it was down to either Empowered or a Zangief figure. I went with Empowered even though I've been passing on it for years since I thought it was just a boner comic. But this comic is SO SMART. As you said, the writing is smart as a tac.

I would like to add that Mr. Warren also has an EXCELLENT understanding of stupid manga tropes so if you'rea hardcore manga reader, you will get a lot of in jokes about manga.

Dude! I've been seeing these things all over. I also love how you keep fumbling when you try to describe bondage =p Seriously, sounds like a bonerrific read. And ersatz means false or fake, if that's the word you meant (which I only know because it was used in some dime novel I read in the 90s).

I removed my comment cause the typing sucked ass. What I said was is that to do what we do as far as collecting is you have to have an open mind to begin with. So shartimus it was a good review and I'd probably buy this comic/manga/big ass book if I came across it at my local comic shop.
