Miguel's bound he used was SAV 2. So he did df 4,1 then held toward to go to SAV stance then hit 2. Also it's slightly charageable

it's f+3,1... actually the whole move is f+3,1,1+2 where the 1+2 part she does an RDS 1+2

the RDS 1+2 part in the 4-hit chain is slightly different from the normal RDS 1+2. In the normal 4 hit chain, it hits harder, while the other one can be followed by another 1+2 forcing both players in crouching position regardless of hit/block.

well, they kind of look the same but i think the second 1+2 in RDS 1+2,1+2 is very bad on block (it can be delayed by the way), while the last two hits of f+3,1,1+2 hits harder as you said and is kind of safe on block

yup, the 2nd 1+2 on RDS 1+2, 1+2 forces both players to be on crouch (if blocked) but you have a lesser recovery time over the other. agree again that it can be delayed.

it's b+1+4... but it should be used only if it's in line of the wand hit, otherwise a slight side step would really screw that wand
