As a Korn fan, I miss head and his leadership and unique riffery, he moulded the korn sound with the rest of them. But id much prefer to see him happy and healthy and leading a drug and alcohol free life, and if that means he leaves the band and embraces religion then so be it, born again christians may be all preachy and the most intense of all christians but head is still really laid back and just enjoying his life, im not religious, but its clear his faith has helped him, good luck to him :)
The way Korn structured the band from the beginning (in you can remember back that far :) was to deminish the traditional hair band role of the lead guitarist. They listened to a lot of Faith No More and used that aspect from them. Not a knock on Munky, nor the post Head Korn (cause I like it too), but I think the band has suffered w/ Head. Atleast when it comes to the traditional KoRn sound of the 90's. I say ROCK ON HEAD!

As an aethiest Brian's evangelical stance on things makes no odds to me however if you exclude any religious influence you'd have to appreciate someone sticking to their own personal beliefs enough to kick drugs, leave a very comfortable life with money rolling in to start again and especially knowing the reason he did it would alienate his old fanbase. Actually, you can't prove either creation or evolution. They're both based completely on faith. Now the question is which one do you choose? People today confuses being a christian with being a pope. I am a christian and i do all kinds of sins and listen to black/death metal.There's a big difference between believing in something afterlife and behaving like a grandfather, i don't cast spells on anybody for anything.
