when are they coming back to england? im so angry to have missed them! Im worried cos apperently they have to go into the army...is that true?

it was true that the army was looking for Bill and Tom, because in Germany, men over 18 have to go in the army for a few years, unless you have a medical condition (Gustav and Georg were excused, im not sure why), but the twins didnt know until all the media hype etc etc. But now, they have been excused, again im not sure for what particular reason (im guessing that it has to do with their music), so they do NOT have to go to the army anymore. there is an interview with them, talking

im pretty sure everyone has the potention to be made to join the army but you go for an interview or something then its decided whether you are fit enough/suitable etc. Gustav and Georg already had this interview and the army didnt want them. Im sure Bill & Tom were excused simply for their success as a band, if not for fitness reasons.

as far as i no gorge has d best english and toms ok, gustav is better at russian and bill says hes rubbish and tom says bills good at french (i got that of an interview)

Really? How do you know? From what I've heard they're trying to improve their english but Bill is always saying he's bad at languages...so maybe he'll just know how to say a few lines in english and keep saying he'll learn it like he did with french...I wish he'd learn english though! I'm an american fan and I'd love to speak with him!

He would be able to speak to you just fine. I promise you, he can speak English enough to carry on a very simple conversation... He understands it when someone else is talking - he might not completely get every word you say but he knows enough to get the jist of whatever you're saying to be able to reply...

it's still a little hard for him (as well as the other guys) to actually articulate what they want to say in English sometimes with any sort of detail obviously.. but Bill can deffinately speak decent "simple" English- like that of a 6 year old. Bill says hes bad at languages when the truth is- hes just being modest. ;];]

I didn't read it in an interview, I met them when they came to check out their new label in LA and had an entire conversation with them in English.. well.. with Bill anyways hahaah the other guys weren't as interested

Well I was already a fan so when I saw them at our label they were in catering so I just went up and introduced myself. Bill was extremely nice and I ended up talking to him for quite a while actually.. Just about what he thought of America so far and everything they'd seen in NY..

I also speak German so even when he didn't understand something communicating wasn't that hard. He just talked about how different America was from what he and the other guys expected. We talked about the label and when they were going to start touring over here and all thst sort of stuff. Bill is seriously as nice as he is famous.
