Polaris isn't in the same league as a Kawasaki brute force, the only reason it was pullin the brute is because it's a helluva lot heavier and that gave it more traction, brute force all the way. and thank god these guys can have fun in their free time, they give up alot to serve our country and i'm glad they can enjoy themselves every now and then. Tug of war is just whoever jumps on the gas and hooks up first. You can put a grizzly 450 against a sportsman 700 and if the grizzly really hooks up good and maybe has a little better tires it will waste the 700. Same thing with a sportsman 550 and grizzly 700. Its just whoever gets more traction.

the brute has mor power than the polaris does. I have an 08' polaris sportsman 500 H.O. and my cousin has the 750 brute. The brute is faster but doesnt seem to pull as well as the polaris. the brute 4X4 locker lever is crap. The polaris is true 4x4 when you engage it with no levers and differential locks and aggrivation.
