Glad to hear you had a nice visit with your family! I finally got to talk to my family again today... been trying to call but they have all been running around doing lots of projects and were never there to answer the phone! Mom tells me my Grandma couldn't recognize a picture of me that I left there last time I visited (May of last year) and so my Mom had to explain to her who I was... :( Darn you Alzheimer's!
Get some sleep! Those herbal life products only go so far (if they work at all, which I guess they will, kind of) but you can't wear yourself out! Get some more sleep! :P
And also, since this is a goal video, let's announce my general goals for the summer: 1) read more non-fiction books on things I want to find more out about (like astronomy and art and history, for starters) and 2) start contacting people/sorting out financial stuff for my trip to Africa next summer. I already started that

Of course I get my sleep (it was one of my goals this week, remember?), but I've always felt I get tired faster than other people. My shiatsu therapist told me it's probably lack of nutricious food. She said she'd had the same problem and says she's got way more energy since she started using Herbalife. So I'm like, you can always try stuff ;-)
lol this took "Dazed with JB Dazen" a little too literally. But then again, it's almost 12:30 AM here and I'm just starting to plan my video, so I completely sympathize. It seems like I can only get a proper video in every other day! But I guess that's the point of VAGED, like you said: the vlog isn't supposed to get in the way of the day itself, but it should occur daily.
Right, don't let it add to the stress, but also, don't think of it as too much of a hassle. I spent maybe 15 mins a day at these vids (exluding rendering and uploading, you can do other things while the computer does that). The habit in itself brings structure :-)
I wish I could only spend fifteen minutes on them, but I"m not as good at talking the way I want to the first time, so a lot of editing has to happen!
Seriously, I'll never make videos, but you do bring up an important issue - setting goals is important. Now that I have retired from work, I need some other structure for my timer or I may fritter away my remaining years(?)
I read the title of this as "Lots of Pants." No idea why. But it made me lawl.

I'm impressed that you can still do this everyday (considering my own failure ^^)
and it is a bit insane to go to from Groningen to Rhenen and back on one day, I can see that that makes you tired!

Hehe, the cleaning goal is the only one taking a serious amount of time. The other two are just things I need to do and might forget otherwise.
