this music made me remember the good old days when pokemon rocked and when I watched the first episode on dvd today I realized that the narrator was right and it made me cry because I was thinking the new pokemon anime sucks but old rocks and Listing too this song made me cry to my eyes are drying from the tears right now.

Oh boy... This song makes me sad because it always played at the end of some episodes and I used to hate when the show ended... I remember 10 years in the past like it was yesterday. This show was the best. I would remember this playing after an episode, and with the sky always at sunset, this would play. I wish Pokemon was like that, but it just went downhill after Master Quest. BRING BACK BROCK, MISTY, GARY(BACK AS HIS RIVAL) RITCHIE, AND TRACEY!
This makes me feel like I'm saying goodbye to one of my best friends who's been traveling with me for years. Then at the end me and my other friend look at each other and say, "Time to go to the next region!"
@MegaPhoncible I believe Hoenn started to suck as it went on. Pokémon was at its lowest in the Battle Frontier Season (SO TERRIBLE). It was made even worse when the voices we grew up with in our childhood were replaced by people with no talent here in North America. I do agree, though. Sinnoh was AWFUL.
@FuzWuz the girl that played misty played may and max they all got replaced for black and white not sinnoh its just people hate seeing the designs and memorizing more pokemon look it up it even tells you that they are all the same actors except meowth cuz meowth died. Battle Frontier had ratings almost higher than Johto.

Steven passed the cloak of champion because Wallace really has beaten the Pokémon League, but he refused it not only because he wanted to continue follow his master's steps, but as the Steven himself said: He have feelings for Winona, and being a Gym Leader could approach them somehow. I haven´t seen in the manga some kind of "insistence", but only a conversation between the two about this. Besides, they appear to be very close friends.
@kamikazehedgehog Wallace wants to be as "masculine" as his teacher juan. I say,"well, that sure explains a lot >>". To me, the best manga arc was R/B/G Kanto (nothing like watching Red leave his trail of epicness). Favorite Games were G/S/C, and the new B/W games. But my favorite pokemon belong in the first two gens. Gary/Green/Blue Motherfucking Oak and Red will always be the true champions of pokemon.

This makes me miss the old days...They need to stop working on the stupid black and white series and just rerun the entire pokemon series starting from start to finish. Maybe then they'll remember what pokemon was supposed to be about.

who else remembers this being played in the episode the punchy pokemon,when ash leaves his primeape so that primeape could become a P1 champion and then they go their seperate ways, and he never came back for him,he probably didnt want him anymore.

I also miss Brock & Misty... but mostly Brock for his love for Nurse Joy's and Officer Jenny's.
Ah, what a classic. This show made many childhoods, but for the newer kids just starting to watch, I hope they start from the beginning.

Oh boy... This song makes me sad because it always played at the end of some episodes and I used to hate when the show ended... It still makes me feel that sadness years later, but not because of the episodes and stuff, but because I long to return to my childhood and enjoy this great theme at the end of each episode again... :(

I remember 10 years in the past like it was yesterday. This show was the best. I would remember this playing after an episode, and with the sky always at sunset, this would play. I wish Pokemon was like that, but it just went downhill after Master Quest. BRING BACK BROCK, MISTY, GARY(BACK AS HIS RIVAL) RITCHIE, AND TRACEY!

@MegaPhoncible I believe Hoenn started to suck as it went on. Pokémon was at its lowest in the Battle Frontier Season (SO TERRIBLE). It was made even worse when the voices we grew up with in our childhood were replaced by people with no talent here in North America. I do agree, though. Sinnoh was AWFUL.

@FuzWuz the girl that played misty played may and max they all got replaced for black and white not sinnoh its just people hate seeing the designs and memorizing more pokemon look it up it even tells you that they are all the same actors except meowth cuz meowth died. Battle Frontier had ratings almost higher than Johto.

During the end of that arc, steven was all,"ur champ now", and wallace was all like, "but, i wanna become as manly as my teacher, juan (>>)". and the steven went all "u beat me, so ur champ now, deal with it, have fun >:|". And then Wallace went all, "d'aww :("

Steven passed the cloak of champion because Wallace really has beaten the Pokémon League, but he refused it not only because he wanted to continue follow his master's steps, but as the Steven himself said: He have feelings for Winona, and being a Gym Leader could approach them somehow. I haven´t seen in the manga some kind of "insistence", but only a conversation between the two about this. Besides, they appear to be very close friends.

@kamikazehedgehog Wallace wants to be as "masculine" as his teacher juan. I say,"well, that sure explains a lot >>". To me, the best manga arc was R/B/G Kanto (nothing like watching Red leave his trail of epicness). Favorite Games were G/S/C, and the new B/W games. But my favorite pokemon belong in the first two gens. Gary/Green/Blue Motherfucking Oak and Red will always be the true champions of pokemon.

But ok, I like every single arc of the manga that I read, and that includes the first adventure with Red to the end of Emerald chapter. Now I´m reading D/P chapter, it´s kinda funny. And ok, say it by yourself. Every skilled trainer that reach the top of Pokémon League is a true champion.

@kamikazehedgehog You're one of those people that read into things a little too much. I'm more of a big picture person. I prefer not to wreck the beauty of a series by delving into that world's laws and technical crap. Eventually you get to angry people who argue about the events of stuff that happened and people asking questions like "Do humans eat pokemon?" Oh, and Wallace is still the most queer of all the champions, that's something everyone but you seems to agree on.

@Doomed100 Well, I don´t know if you have realized it, but I´m trying to stop a senseless and possible flame. I´m not the type of person who throws sharp barbs words to hurt the other person. I argue, and explain my point of view over things. There times that some people don´t understand the meaning of some scenes of some attitudes of characters and I try to explain, but at the time the person turns aggresive, I just stop and try to calm things. I´m not provoking, and never intended to.
