  • Nice joke. I saw something similar in a movie with Charlie Chaplin.

  • It may probably be based on the same theme as the Chaplin comedy however, in Modern Times, Chaplin was using the red flag to try and hail a vehicle but was soon caught up in a workers strike protest and thought by the police to be the Workers leader.
