Look at the number, they want to court 4 times and each time Coleman lost. Minnesota has lost it's title of having fair honest elections now.

Now that is more like it, I say something you ask for proof. That's fair, it comes from John Burris the attorney trying the case. He has a list of 7 irregularity's with the election that happen to give Franken the advantage each time. Some of these ranging from Franken picking up votes in county's where Obama lost. Franken picking up 725 votes when Coleman didn't pick up one... which is a statical impossibility, especially in a close race. You can see this information on Newsmax.

Okay, after reading the latest from Newsmax, here is what I gather.
Coleman lawyers are attempting to argue semantics with: "It centers mainly around claims that hundreds of rejected absentee ballots from Republican-leaning areas should have been part of the recount".
Then there is the argument: "The lawsuit alleges that the Canvassing Board made mistakes when determining voter intent on challenged ballots" which is a waste of time to argue because you would need to go to another argument...

Well here is what happened... Franken votes that he challenged all got debated and passed by both sides.... Colemans.... all of his challenges were rejected.... Explain the fairness here? Look at the number, they want to court 4 times and each time Coleman lost. Minnesota has lost it's title of having fair honest elections now.

Not really, actually, that is completely false. Certain votes by Franken were challenged and that failed, and the same for Coleman. But Coleman actually challenged nearly every vote that would be allowed. Some that are officially counted for Franken and there would be no doubt.
Again, see "Lizard People" that is in my favourites and then say that every Coleman challenge was rejected.

Did you see the picture of one of the Coleman rejected ballots? It had a line threw Coleman and Franken's team said " the lines too light we cant be sure who they were voting for." Another one had a huge globe filled up touching Colemans bubble and it rejected since it barely touched Frankens... and anytime Acorn is involved there's voter fraud happening it's been proven every time.

No... it hasn't. Washington DC a librarian sees 4 people come in with voting cards and start filling them out. The number was 244 cards... the next day they find 240 fraudulent registrations with 4 being allowed to pass. Sarah P ( not Palin) is a girl who was working for Obama and got tired of his cheating so much that she came out and exposed herself and how Obama was cheating... the media coverage on this was almost non-existent.

Coleman made about twice as many challenges. That means he had about twice as many bogus challenges. As each ballot was inspected, there were two witnesses - one from Coleman and one from Franken. Are you saying that the Coleman witnesses were really Franken's in disguise?
As for him losing in court, he keeps losing because his suits are bogus.

...based on the idea that the board had a bias which cannot be proven to the case of Coleman's side. Because it had been shown that the board is completely bi-partisan and tossed out ballots from both sides that did not follow the requirements, or contained ambiguous or humorous pointless votes filled in the "Write-in" section. As seen in the "Lizard People" video, that I have in my favourites section.
