I've biked 80 miles in a day so you could manage to be somewhere across the border into Canada in 3 days, not sure how far you are going past that though, it would be a long ride to Toronto, but you'd take the route up towards New York for that which would probably take 6 days or so if you can manage 80 miles a day.
