You are an inspiration...I struggled with salvation and what it ment for a long time. We must accept that Jesus loved us enough to actually save us and REALLY BELIEVE IT.
AMEN! wow this is what i keep trying to tell people! i had to deal with this for awhile doubting my walk with christ and His salvation then i just prayed about it and God spoke and said you are saved your mine i will never leave you you cannot lose me.then i prayed and asked about matthew 11 about lord lord i never knew you and Jesus said I KNOW YOU! i cant unknow you we are one like a married couple and i dont believe in divorce!thats when i believed once saved always saved
We need to remember how we are saved so that we do not become proud and arrogant, but at the same time we need to actually move on from salvation and actually spend time with God, grow, and serve God to the best of our abilities. :)
While the Lordship/Calvinists are figuring out if they are really saved, we should be doing something that matters. Let's keep moving forward. :)
5***** You are my wonderful young but wise Sister. How do you come up with these great Golden Nuggets of TRUTH? You always seem to be able to filter out the nonsense and focus on what is really important. Do you have a great teacher or is it the HOLY SPIRIT giving you so much wisdom and truth?
You know, I don't really notice learning things when it happens. It's only as I look back that I see how much I have grown. I get much of what I know from sermons that I have watched/heard, articles that I have found, and wisdom gained from Godly friends. The Holy Spirit has shown me so much as well, and reading the Bible has done much for me. It is vital to read the Bible, I have learned, because it allows me to distinguish truth from heresy.
the Holy Spirit is the best teacher, but God has also given me other people in my life that I can also go to. God has been so good to me. During the first couple of months after my salvation, I listened to a lot of teachings from the man who taught me the Gospel. These helped me build a strong foundation and I will always be grateful to him for how much he helped me. The best thing he taught me was to read the Bible for myself. :)
Amen sweetie, good job!

5***** What you have said is so true sister
This is the exact point we should try bring across to many people, but for some reason people alllways bring it back to the salvation topic.
Great video, keep them coming

I know what you mean.
Sometimes I think we dwell on it so much.
We need to remember how we are saved so that we do not become proud and arrogant, but at the same time we need to actually move on from salvation and actually spend time with God, grow, and serve God to the best of our abilities. :)
