I was thinking it was some sort of lost inflatable at first, but if you watch it till the end they actually find it again with the camera, and it was looking like it was headed for a landing on that distant land. You can't tell whether or not the object is gaining or losing altitude. So to claim it's not a balloon because of that is absurd. Balloons fly all directions. With the right amount of weight, wind, etc. than you can easily get a balloon to fly horizontally. A sideways flying object does not mean it's not a balloon. It could be anything, thus it /IS/ an unidentified flying object. A million dollars says it's not an alien or any government aircraft. It's probably some bloke who lost his kite.
