@myclem6674 Not so far as I can tell. Check out Potatoes in a bucket 8 to see a recap of the whole thing, I've already got two buckets planted and growing this year. I have been putting them in the garage at night. I am hoping for a big garden year all the way around. Good luck.

@Ladyhawkwright Good luck to you. I saw the seed potatoes at the Walmart earlier this week, and it lit a fire under me. I'd love to know the results you get.
@alz123alz See Rob's Raised Beds 11. My broccoli heads are about 2-3 inches across. I am waiting for a head to be one dinners worth before I cut it. That video will also show the other things I am at least trying to grow.
I put two seed potatoes in each five gallon bucket. Each potato had probably two eyes. All potatoes from 2009 were Kennebec white potatoes. This is a late season type. This year I have started with Red Norland as an early crop and I have only put one seed potato per bucket. I will do Kennebec in barrels for a late crop and I will use four seed potatoes per barrel this year.
I soaked them about twice a week. Before the dirt was at the top of the bucket, I tried to put about an inch of water an at each watering and then I just let that soak in. As the dirt neared the top, I left about an inch of space and then I probably filled this space twice at each watering. I don't know if that was the right amount, but that was what I did. They tasted great.
Never call it dirt - it's "soil". From a master gardener in Wisconsin.

So with the white 5gal buckets at the video start; how many eyes do you put in one bucket.
The types of potatoes?

I love these videos! Can you tell me how much you watered these potato plants? Every day? Did you soak them? Or just mists them? Thanks
