You have to have a riot sheild, and a launcher (any kind) as a secondary and marathon, hardline, and Commando ALL PRO and you have to be in 1st place and about to get the last kill, you press X X B A RT RB LT then Crouch and it will happen, For ps3 its Square, Square, Circle, X, R2 R1 L2 Then Crouch. :D
