Most ultras consist of multiple hits then going up in the air then back down then some more hitting. Most ultra are kinda lame and long.

All I saw was either fanfiction pics and a really good picture photoshopped in SF4 fashion of Dudley.

If it isn't confirmed by CAPCOM, or isn't even leaked at least, I can do nothing but say you are a really really big Dudley lover and joining the SF3 prayer group.

I'm all for SF3 characters, but don't spread something that isn't true.

Dudley, Makoto, and Ibuki were leaked a LONG time ago. They were leaked a bit before the OFFICIAL SSFIV announcement. While that would be a cause for doubt, most of the leaks info has been confirmed eventually (SFA Characters, Juri's addition to the series, T.Hawk and Dee Jay, 2 Ultras each, + several Ultras such as Siberian Blizzard and Yoga Shangri La). So, you never know.

LOL yh right... nerfing his damage won't stop him from being top tier in SSF4. Sagat's damage output is not the reason he's such a beast. In a game which relies so much on controlling space, the properties of Sagat's fireballs and normals are what needs tweaking. People are in for a shock when they boot up SSF4 and they face the SAME Sagat but with slightly reduced damage output.
