  • Please answer: How detailed does he teach the zarrow shuffle? does he go into the non slip cut method? or only the method for the triumph?

  • @BertisWorldYT he teaches the move in like 1-2 pages. He teaches it in a triumph routine but its taught in terms of using block covers, not slipcut-one card cover.

  • Finally ordered this book, it just came. I can't wait to sit down and read it when finals are over.

  • @DEFThands08 youre still in school!!!!???

  • @UnknownMagician93 mhmm... dont get out till jun23 :(

  • @DEFThands08 bwahahahah! I been out for freaking 2 weeks homie

  • Do you know of any other resource for the 1 hand bottom

already mastered one hand top so onto the 1 hand bottom

  • @IVIrIVIagic I know of other bottom palms that are one handed, but they arent the same methods. jennings has one in classic magic

  • I just ordered this book and I cant wait! i was also wondering that if i needed any help on a trick if i could come to you for advice

  • i just ordered this last night

  • hi.

i just ordered mine in penguinmagic for 29.57 im really excited but im not really good a table riffle false and the stuff like that but while waiting for it to arrive im practicing. can i ask you in scale of 1-10 how hard is the one hand bottom palm?

thanks for posting this. how long did it take you to master the one handedbottom palm and clap trap?

  • BP= 9

it took me a few months to master the 1 hand bottom palm, im still working on claptrap, after about 2 months

  • really?i want to start practicing. can't wait for my book........

    thanks.

  • claptrap = hard

    just got my book today.

the effects on the book are hard i feel so dumb. but im still practicing the first phase of clap trap. so hard...

its a good book i love BFU......

  • where do you recommend learning how to stack the deck and controls and such through riffle shuffling?

  • idk really man. i learned myself

  • ok, thanks

  • i know some pretty basic stuff, but nothing great.

  • its basic really. just think about it.its difficult to do, but the idea of stacking is simple- just place a certain # of cards ontop desired cards.

  • i suppose, do you think the expert at the card table would give the basics and more?

  • well, my opinion is you should get that either way, its a great book. but it has alot of work on overhand stacking, but nothing on riffle stacking.

  • Well, it's a start

  • 35-45$? i got mine for 26$, penguin has the best prices on everything!

  • Which year was it first published?

    - M.

  • i wanna say 93....

  • Thanks man!

    - M.

    Cheers Will.

    Ps. I'll pm you.

  • does the book teach the sleights you need to know for the tricks?

  • yes

  • I thought of buying the book

thank you very much for the review

    helped alot^^

    definately gonna buy it

  • yeah man definitely do!

  • Guys you have to own this book. Even for such a classic like Proteus but its very well made and an absolute bargin

  • haha not to be annoying but proteus is not even close to the best trick/sleight you will findin this book:D

  • I know its just the easiest trick and most people make the videos of that 1 trick more then the others. So just to let them know this is where to learn it haha

  • easy to learn, very hard to master;)

  • Is that plastic cover removable? If so, does it still have the title on the actual book cover?

    Peace,

    Brandon

  • its removable but itjust has some celtic symbol looking thing, no title

  • I agree, Minch is a very good writer, albeit I prefer Jon Racherbaumer's literature on magic. Good review.

  • I just love how in-depth minch is.

    -Dan
