@JamieEllescas So you are in the lunge thing with your weight on your left leg with your arms making fists stacked on top of each other, left arm over right arm. Lean back onto your right leg and pull your arms back, still in fists. Since your weight is now on your right leg, your left leg is in front of you. I point my toe kind of naturally, but if you don't, do that because it kind of helps. Because then you shift your weight back onto your left leg and turn over your left shoulder.

@JamieEllescas While you are turning, punch your left arm then your right arm, straight up into the air. I hope this didn't make it sound more complicated than it actually is haha. It's really not hard when you get it, it just takes some practice! Let me know if you need some more tips! And thanks for watching! :)

@aideenater I'm glad I could help! :) A few days before the movie aired, I found the "Brand New Day" scene here on YouTube and just watched it over and over! I also saw them perform it in concert, so that helped to see it performed live right in front of me!
