hi. I syiera. I come frm Malaysia. sorry if my english is bad bcz I asian, I need your help about my hair. my real hair color is blck, but 2 months ago I was coloring my hair for the first time and I have mademistakes during the process. I start at the top to bottom. now the color on the top brighter than the bottom. Last week I went to the salon to fix the error, but the results disappointed me bcz at the top of the hair still too bright and the bottom is still dark. So what should I do?

if u barly dyed ur hair like 2 hrs ago .. is it ok to take a showere w/ sampoo.. cuz when i got out of the shower some drops of the water was red but my hair look like it faded .. but that could just be me

If your hair is lighter, you can definately go darker without going to the salon. My natual hair color is a level 8. I went from that to a level 3 with no problems. I can understand going from a level 3 to 8 yes you would have to get a corrected process but never if you want to go darker than what your hair is already.
