Whenever a player is close to a milestone in baseball the MLB puts stamps on their baseballs to show that it is the real ball. So when A-Rod was close to his 500th home run MLB printed balls with comemorative stamps on them. Those balls were only used when Rodriguez was hitting. Nice try though!
