It was handed over to private corporations so that they could profit from the public investment. It wasn't the free market or an ingenious entrepreneur that came up with either. Nearly all American Fortune 500 companies have been saved by bailouts, or public subsidies at some point in their history. Get your facts straight.

I couldn't agree more, actually... Many Europeans are way more racist than most Americans. You'd never see Americans throwing bananas out onto the foot ball field or basketball court for the black players.
